Resort Rules, Guidelines, & Policies

1. Quiet hours are from 11 pm until 7 am
2. Site rental is based upon 2 adults. Overnight visitors must pay an additional guest fee. All guests and visitors must register with the office upon arrival.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done to the park by themselves or their visitors.
4. All personal property, including the RV unit, is the responsibility of the owner and should be insured by the owner. The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort assumes no responsibility while the unit is on premises.
5. THE SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MILES PER HOUR.
6. Electric golf carts are permitted and must be registered.
7. There shall be no parking in the streets.
8. Guests will abide by the rules posted in the Office / Recreational facilities.
9. Visitors and/or children must be accompanied by the registered guest while in the Recreation Center or recreation areas.
10. Disorderly conduct, intoxication, profane language, or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Any guest causing a nuisance will be required to vacate immediately.
11. The Ranch RV Resort reserves the right to remove any guest deemed unsuitable or incompatible with the park or other guests.
12. EVERY GUEST MUST KEEP UNITS NEAT, CLEAN, AND IN GOOD REPAIR.
13. Burning on your lot is not permitted. Above ground bowl-type fire pits are allowed.
14. Boats, boat trailers, utility trailers, etc. will only be stored in designated areas. Must receive approval from management.
15. Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or foreign objects down your toilet or the park toilets.
16. Trash removal is the responsibility of the guest. All household trash must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster provided. Large items (furniture, awnings) are not to be put in the dumpster — inquire with the office for proper disposal.

Pet / Service Animal Rules

1. Owners of pets are required to keep them on a leash while walking in the park. Pets will not be allowed to run free with or without a leash or to be a nuisance to park guests.
2. Pet owners are required to clean up and dispose of any pet waste left by their pets immediately. Pet waste containers are located throughout the park. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning fee. If you take a walk, take a bag!
3. If you are leaving the park and not taking your pet, keep your pet secure within your unit.
4. Florida State Law requires all pets to be immunized against diseases such as rabies, distempers, and parvo. We ask that you have proof of vaccinations available upon request.
5. Pet bedding and rugs can be washed in the Rec Hall laundry in designated machines. Please use only those machines for these items.

Registration with the park will designate acceptance of all Rules, Regulations, Policies, and Guidelines. The Ranch at Arcadia Palms RV Resort reserves the right to amend, modify, or add to any of the above as deemed necessary. The Park is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, flooding, or theft, or any loss or damage from mowers, or for any injury to any guest or any visitor of any guest or property of either.
